For Information and Questions:

Professional registration fees: for researchers, post doctoral students, professionals, and others.
Student registration: must be an undergraduate or graduate(PhD, Master's)student at the time of registration, and must upload during the registration processor a scanned copy (pdf, jpg) of an official certificate attesting or a letter signed by the supervisor.
Student registrations that are not supported by the requested proof will be cancelled.

Professional* and Students* registration fees: include the following: admission to a scientific program with oral and poster presentations, abstracts book in electronic form, coffee breaks, congress dinner and tour to Iguaçu Falls (Brazil, day and time to be confirmed).

Professionals + Accommodation (single)**: Includes the same as professional registration(*). Also, accommodation at Rafain Palace Hotel & Convention in a single Luxo or Master Category room subject to hotel availability, for 4 nights from October 28until November 1. The participant will get a receipt from the organizers covering both registration for the meeting and hotel stay (extra expenses will not be included and should be checked directly with the hotel). The accommodation includes breakfast and lunch (check schedule with the hotel). Check-in 2:00 p.m., Check-out: 12:00 p.m. For more options of accommodation, you must directly contact the hotel.

Professionals + Accommodation (double)****: Includes the same as professional registration(*). Also, accommodation at Rafain Palace Hotel & Convention in a double Luxo or Master Category room subject to hotel availability, for 4 nights from October 28until November 1. Student + Accommodation (double)***: Includes the same as student registration(*), and the same requirements apply.
Also, accommodation in Hotel Rafain Palace Hotel & Convention in a Luxo room for 4 nights from October 28 until November 1. The room will be shared with another participant who also pays for student registration + Accommodation,(the name of the colleague sharing the double room must be informed on the registration form at the time of registration).The participant will get a receipt from the organizers covering both registration for the meeting and hotel stay (extra expenses will not be included and should be checked directly with the hotel). The accommodation includes breakfast and lunch (check schedule with the hotel). Check-in 2:00 p.m., Check-out: 12:00 p.m. Registration with accommodation in a Luxo or Master room is subject to hotel availability. For more options of accommodation, you must directly contact the hotel.

Accompanying person - The companion ticket includes congress dinner and tour to Iguaçu Falls (Brazil, day and time to be confirmed).

Registration Fee Return Policy

The Management Committee informs you that registration for the event is personal and can be transferable to another participant in the event. No total or partial refund of the amount paid in case of withdrawal, impossibility of participating on the date of the event or non-approval of the submitted abstract.

Certificates and Publications

Accreditation during the event is mandatory to issue publication certificates. The payment of the main author's registration is mandatory for the abstracts to be published in the Proceedings of the IRaP 2024 e-bookand also publication in a Radiation Physics and Chemistry special edition, if the works presented were approved by the reviewers.
